Professional Experience (Brief)
Self Employed at Pinkmittens2 – Putting The Heat Back Into Art – Artist in residence and Art Teacher in school’s and public institutions such as the Epcor Centre and Telus SPARK, CAPES and many exploring connections between art and movement, Chinese Brush Painting, and art and the curriculum. And organizing running a yearly Fairy and Goblin Summer Children’s Art Camp for 7 summers (2004-2011). Part time from 2010-present.
Public Library Work– Library Experience Facilitator – assisting patrons with refrence and computer inquiries, teaching storytimes, Parent Child Mother Goose programs, Baby Rhyme Time, Digital Literacy in the Community, Teen School’s Out programs etc.
